In this Workshop Megha will look at the importance of value in composition, the colour wheel, hue, value, saturation and colour temperatures. She will teach you how to create the focal point in your painting and the importance of edges and techniques like wet in wet, wet on dry, dry on wet and dry on dry.


This is a still life class and Megha will be recreating her painting from live flowers.

Recommended materials list

• Watercolour sheet preferably Arches or Saunders or any Cold press sheet

• Mop watercolour brushes that make a fine tip and some Flat brushes for wetting the paper • Watercolours - Mijello Missiongold paints - DeepYellow, Yellow Ochre, Vermillion, Yellow Orange, Brilliant Pink, Opera pink, Rose Madder, Red Violet, Ultramarine Blue, Lavender, Chinese white. • Water container for water.
