ABOUT THIS CLASS
Paint along with Max Panks as he takes you through his impressionistic process. Feel your way through the immediacy and spontaneity of watercolour as we paint with speed, capturing a true snapshot in time. Max uses a limited palette and may not use all the colours suggested. The most important thing when it comes to colours is hot and cold hues, speed of application and fluidity of movement. A limited palette allows the painting to have harmony and balance, allowing for the mood of the scene to emphasised.

Wonderful class. Loved the way Max simplified a busy street scene. Showed how to stay loose, with his brush strokes. This work is so dynamic. Learned a lot.
