SUMMARY

This is a prelude to our 2-2-1 Workshop special in July featuring both Alex and Derric van Rensburg. See details here >

In this 1hr class, Alex will walk you through painting images of bamboo stalks using crackle paste. She will show you a number of techniques she uses to get the most out of the medium, creating an array of random cracks, and how to paint on the dried paste (some paints work better than others).

Using some of these techniques in future paintings might just take your art to the next level!
