Following Keiko's lead, you will see a painting process of a typical landscape and may try painting with her. Keiko's easy steps will help you understand some of the basics and key elements of a watercolour painting prior to taking on the full workshop on the 8th December.

Recommended Materials:

(This is just a guide)

• Paper of your choice (Arches, Fabriano Artistico, Saunders, etc.), rough or cold-pressed, 12"x16"

• Watercolour paints (lemon yellow, raw sienna, burnt sienna, alizarin crimson, cadmium red, cobalt blue, viridian and your favourite colours)

• Brushes (a round brush size #12 or equivalent suitable for a wash, a brush suitable for details, and/or your favourite brushes)

• Small Oriental calligraphy brush
